Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 23 July 2026

These terms apply when you place an order through the Maria’s Indian Restaurant website or use another service provided directly by us.

1. Business Information

Maria’s Indian Restaurant is operated by Maria Food & Service AB.
Organisation number: 559523-9640
Address: Mariedalsvägen 51, 217 45 Malmö, Sweden
Email: info@mariasrestaurant.se
Telephone: +46 73 734 04 06

2. Placing an Order

You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information when placing an order. Please review your chosen dishes, quantities, collection or delivery information and total price before confirming the order.

An order becomes binding when it has been accepted by us and you receive an order confirmation. An automatic acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We may reject or cancel an order when, for example, an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the delivery address is outside our service area or the information supplied appears incorrect.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable Swedish VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, service charges and other applicable fees will be shown before you confirm payment.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment may be processed by an authorised third-party payment provider. We do not normally receive or store your complete card details.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Menu Availability

Menu items, ingredients, prices and availability may change. Images are illustrative, and the appearance or presentation of a prepared dish may vary.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you when reasonably possible to offer a replacement or refund the affected item.

6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

You must inform us about allergies or dietary requirements before completing your order and inform restaurant staff again when collecting or receiving it.

Our kitchen handles multiple allergens. Although we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of an allergen.

7. Collection and Delivery

Preparation, collection and delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur because of order volume, traffic, weather, technical problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For delivery orders, you must provide a correct address and reachable telephone number. Additional costs resulting from incorrect information or an unsuccessful delivery attempt may be charged where permitted by law.

8. Cancellation

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. A cancellation is only confirmed after it has been accepted by us.

Because restaurant meals are perishable and normally prepared specifically for the customer, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once preparation has started or to food that deteriorates or expires rapidly.

9. Complaints and Refunds

If there is a problem with an order, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, an explanation of the issue and, where relevant, photographs.

Available remedies will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. They may include correcting the order, replacing an affected item, issuing a partial refund or issuing a full refund.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under Swedish consumer law.

We are not responsible for indirect loss or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Personal Data

Information about how we process personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve a complaint. Consumers may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), or use another legally available dispute-resolution process.
